Privacy notice
This notice explains how Wrkstead Ltd (“Wrkstead”, “we”) handles personal data in connection with this website, wrkstead.co.uk. PanelAce has its own privacy notice at panelace.co.uk.
Who we are
Wrkstead Ltd is the data controller. Registered in England & Wales, company number 17543963. Registered office: 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Contact: hello@wrkstead.co.uk.
What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this only for security and to keep the site running.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client relationship, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as our email and hosting providers), under appropriate contracts, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict how we use it.
- Ask for a copy in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email hello@wrkstead.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
